Footware products may be returned for an in-store credit within 14 days of purchase. Product must be returned in original condition as well as packaging. Please contact us via email PRIOR to return to obtain a return authorization. Item to be returned must include proof of return approval, as well as a copy of the original receipt. Equispoke is not responsible for shipping cost or insurance of returns.

Regretfully, we cannot offer Refunds on any products nor Exchanges on Sale Items, Custom* or Special Orders, Used Products.

Exchanges do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to product during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any amounts credited will exclude any shipping costs. 

Orders Shipped outside of Canada are Final Sale and cannot be return for exchange or credit. The customer is responsible to pay any additional Broker/Duty/Taxes fees billed separately by the Couriers.

*Custom boots measured by one of our representatives may be exchanged within 14 DAYS of shipping, should the measurements not be correct to what was ordered within .5cm +/- or the measurements taken* were not correct. *Measurements must be taken within a 3 month period at the time of ordering, to be valid for the Equispoke fitting guarantee. They must NOT be worn and in NEW condition. Exchanges are not possible for boot design or style change.



90 day warranty excluding normal wear and tear. Products must show that they have been properly cared for, clean and stored. Zippers are covered under warranty for 6 months from original purchase date. As with any leather product, it is good to get familiar with a local, quality cobbler for upkeep repairs! Should you need any extra leather pieces or part post Warranty, please contact your nearest dealer and we are happy to arrange (*fees may apply).
